- Complete your Elysium experience dining in any of hotel´s restaurants that offer guests delicious gourmet menus using locally grown fresh ingredients.
- THE LEMONIA PIAZZA, the main restaurant situated at the lower lobby of the hotel, resembles a village square. Functions as the all day dining room with a wide range of international cuisine, theme nights and a la carte meals. A large external piazza offers Al Fresco dining overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.
- THE EPICUREAN RESTAURANT offers delicious plated menus or themed buffets. During summer time (from May to October), the Epicurean Terrace offers a delicious table d´hote menu. The guests can enjoy the superb views of the gardens and pools while dining.
- RISTORANTE DI BACCO offers a truly gourmet experience and has an attractive courtyard. Has an extensive wine list and guests are invited into a glass fronted fine wine storage cellar to select and taste their wine.
- O´SHIN SUSHI BAR is situated in a secluded spot off the main cloister. Try its Sushi delicacies served with an Oriental touch or the stir fry menu.
- THE MEDITERRANEO, an open–air restaurant right on the beach, is open during the summer months (May–October) and serves local and Mediterranean specialities as well as fish and seafood.
- BRASSERIA MESSINA, next to the Sushi Bar, offers delicious table d´hotel menus (winter period) and it is also ideal for private dinners of up to 50 people.
- THE ASTRIA BAR is themed around the night sky with constellations. Intimate seating and two external pergola covered terraces. Live music on most evenings.
- THE CAFE OCCIDENTAL located in the heart of the resort, with dramatic views of the sea, has a medieval fireplace as a focal point and an adjacent library.
- MARE NOSTRUM POOL BAR is set adjacent to the pool and combines a nautical experience reminiscent of a seaside fishing village built on the edge of the sea.
