Once venues are agreed we handle the allocation of rooms to match your requirements, liaising with the chosen venue and preparation of schedules for all supplies and services required for each event, including catering, interpretation and audio-visual. |

| REGISTRATION |
| Congresswise is used to handling a large number of registrations and reservations. We supervise the complete registration procedure both in advance and on-site. We welcome all registration forms, including electronic (e-mail). As with abstracts, we use a custom-made computer management system for the handling of registrations that allows direct imports from the internet. |

| ON-SITE MANAGEMENT |
| We co-ordinate all on-site activities and staff to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the event. All supplies and services required are ordered, checked and managed by us as appropriate and each and every activity is scheduled in great detail to ensure the seamless co-ordination of your events. |
